WINTER SPORTS REGISTRATION:

Winter sports registration will be opening this week.  Please get ahead of this by completing the required paperwork, scheduling physicals and paying for your sports registrations.  Players will not be allowed to begin official practice without this completed prior to the first day of practice.

PRE-PRE SEASON PARENT MEETING:

There will be a PARENT MEETING on Wednesday night during open gym in the FORUM. Please plan on at least ONE parent attending this meeting.  This meeting is especially important for FRESHMAN AND NEW PARENT families.  At this meeting, we discuss:

• Important Dates
• Program fees
• Booster club responsibilities/expectations
• Cross Town Throwdown 
• updated schedules
• Fundraising etc. 

The goal is to communicate all essential information and address questions so that on Wednesday November 18 after tryouts are completed, ALL parents are prepared and know what is expected of them at that time and what the program will cost.

**Keasa has attached two documents outlining booster information, volunteer opportunities, and descriptions of the volunteer roles so that you can have some information and start thinking of roles that best suit you before the parent meeting.  

ARAPAHOE HOOPS 101/BASKETBALL SOCIAL HOUSE HAPPY HOUR:

Saturday, November 21, from 4:00-6:00 pm at Basketball Social House.  An opportunity for Basketball families to come together, relax, ask questions and learn about the Arapahoe Basketball system.  If you have ever wondered why we do what we do?  Why don't we do this? Here is your chance to learn more about our system in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.  Coach Moody will emcee the event, and we will spend some time on the court and some time in a happy hour setting.  Working through the details with BSH and will have more information as we get closer.  This event will be for ALL basketball families to attend.
